About this item

• Soft, Non-Slip Neoprene Grip: The smooth neoprene coating cushions your palm and reduces friction during extended sets, helping prevent hand fatigue and blisters. Each dumbbell has a 0.98-inch grip circumference and protects floors from scuffs.
• Solid Cast-Iron Core, Built to Last: A solid cast-iron core delivers consistent, accurate 6 lb resistance through hundreds of sessions. The durable neoprene coating handles daily workouts without cracking or peeling, and minimal odor means you can start immediately.
• Hex Design Stops Rolling, Saves Space: Six-sided hex heads sit flat on any surface between sets, so you never chase a rolling dumbbell across the floor mid-circuit. Each dumbbell measures 2 in wide x 1.7 in high x 5 in long, making them compact enough to stack neatly on a shelf, tuck beside a desk, or drop into a gym bag. The lightweight 1 lb size is easy to carry from room to room or pack for travel without adding bulk
• Versatile for Dozens of Activities: These hand weights are light enough to carry on walks, Zumba classes, or Pilates and yoga flows without straining joints. Use them for warm-up stretches, arm exercises, cool-down routines, or low-impact cardio.
• Color-Coded Pairs, Ready to Use: Each purchase includes 2 matching dumbbells, sold as a set and ready out of the box with zero assembly. The color-coded design makes weight identification instant.
