Troubleshooting Guide:

  • The Break-In Period: New vinyl naturally stretches during the first 3–5 uses. This expansion increases the internal volume, making the bed feel softer. This is normal. Simply "top off" the air for 10–20 seconds each night until the material settles.

  • Ensure the external air plug cap is fully inserted and sealed tightly. If it is even slightly loose, air will slowly escape.

  • Sometimes the internal air valve can get stuck in a slightly open position. To fix this, fully deflate the mattress to "reset" the mechanism, then re-inflate it to your desired firmness.
